WARM UPS & WORKOUTS

The importance of warming up is crucial for athletes especially for runners. Doing this before each workout and races will:

  • wake the body up

  • accelerate your heart rate

  • better performance-quick response time

  • increase muscular endurance during activity

  • reduce injuries
