Reminder

The physical form, Consent Form, and MHSAA questionnaire must be on file in the Student Resource Center (SRC) before eligible to participate. This means if you want to practice/compete with the team, these three forms must be completed and turned in. More details about this can be located on the Info page of this website.

Prior to Joining Practices

• Completed the Google Sign-Up Form (link above)

• Current sports physical & consent forms are on file with the school's central office BigTeams application

• Pay to Participate for 7th & 8th graders

• Join the team's BAND App for communications
