Faith Gunderson
We are thrilled to have Coach Gunderson back with us for her second year with the middle school program. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the program and specifically an incredible training regiment for our middle distance athletes.
All About Me
My hometown is Menominee, MI and I now currently live in Paw Paw, MI. I attended Mattawan Middle School and Menominee High School. I graduated from Spring Arbor University.

My hobbies include anything outdoors. I love camping, hiking, kayaking, etc. I also enjoy woodworking and flipping old furniture pieces.

Running Background
For me, running brings a great sense of accomplishment in every finish line I cross. It challenges me to push myself harder and farther than I have before. There are always new goals I can set for myself to work towards. I also love the community that comes with running and being a part of a team. A few of my teammates in high school and college continue to be some of my closest friends!

I ran my first 5k when I was 5 years old, and I have been running ever since! I ran T&F and XC all through middle school, high school, and college. My specialty was the 800m.
